USA- RESEARCHERS ARE SEARCHING MONEY TO EXPLORING USES OF HONEY
Researchers at the University of Wisconsin and elsewhere are exploring uses of honey for a number of ailments, from diabetic ulcers to the effects of radiation treatments. 'There's no money in honey.' That's what skeptics told Dr. Jennifer Eddy, assistant professor at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health and a physician at Eau Claire Family Medicine. 'It was frustrating. They said you'll never get funding to research honey.'

Recently the Turkish health authorities have reported the adoption of the new model for export licences, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food led negotiations to facilitate the formalities for export of those products from beekeeping intended for human consumption it expects to send to Turkey.

USA- THIEVES STEAL BEEKEEPER´S HIVES IN MARYLAND
A Howard County beekeeper said that five of his hives have been stolen. Beekeeper Don Kolpack said he's been keeping bees since 1953 and that his hives have never been stolen before.

BRAZIL- COOPERAR PROYECT I
The next April 28 , 02:00pm at the headquarters of Project Cooperate in Joâo Pessoa will be meeting representatives of beekeepers from various regions of the state.
