The Commission Directorate-General for Health and Consumers' is holding a training workshop on EU standards for animal by-products (ABPs) in Brussels on 14-16 May as part of the Better Training for Safer Food initiative. I could not walk properly and had to drag my feet despite my crutches. So when the road to modern medicine has its limitations I decided what harm could a bee sting do,? asks Bhide. In the first quarter of the year, exports grew 54%. The reason is the rising of the price averages. However, volumes shipped scored a meagre 2% higher. In terms of prices, during 2008 the average value of shipments was $ 2,548 per tonne. The fate of consignments of honey in 2008 has fallen mainly to items shipped to Europe. Germany has captured 76% of the volume, followed by the United Kingdom and France with 10% to 8%.

The last known wandering bears occurred in a few days ago near the village of Ricao, where a bear ripped through several hives, and then eating the honey that had within it. The animal was introduced into a small apiary, with six boxes in the area of La Picon. Remove the soil underneath a metal fence and honey devoured one of the boxes. The owner of the apiary, Celestino Osorio, was found with a shattered box and two other runs.
