IN LERIDA SPAIN A BROWN BEAR ATTACKS 20 BEEHIVES
Located in the Aranes population of Sant Joan de Toran, in the Park Baish Aran. The attack took place the night of Saturday day June the 3rd, and it only caused material damages. The producing structure of honey was not protected by any type of system, as the electrified fences that they avoid that the bears approach.

The Real Decree 608/2006 has been published. Establishes the national program of fight and control of the diseases of the bees. It includes a control program for the varroa mite , control measures on beehives that die because of any disease and measures on the left beehives.
